I gotta ask - why, what happens if your ratios start climbing? Do you make less sales overall or something? Does the shit traffic affect the good traffic? That statement has me baffled - wtf do you care if your sales ratios are 'hurt' if some people are sending shitty traffic which inflates your ratios?
