    Warez are killing the internet porn business ...

    Practically all movies can be downloaded on huge file sharing networks like rapidshare or on torrent sites. Rapidshare has literally hundreds of tera bytes of stolen content.
    I know it's been like that for a while, but it becomes easier and easier to find it and even a computer noob can easily find and download them.

    The worst thing is, nobody is doing anything to stop them and even if they get sued, they just move somewhere else with their servers and start all over.

                      If you find stollen content on rapidshrea just write them an e-mail and they will remove it immediatly. i think the email was [email protected]
                      The main problem remains to find out when the stolen content is online.

                              Valid point made above, it is outright theft and we do little to nothing about it but lose tons of cash.
                              They fly in the face of USC257 do nothing for this industry but they are kind enough to remove your stolen content if you find it.

                                                              Yup, Rapidshare is pretty quick about getting content down with a DMCA notice. Usually less then 12 hours.

                                                              I dont think the people that use rapid share would buy either way though.

                                                                                      I think what's tipped the scales though is that google is showing torrent results in the SERPS, so now joe six pack is finding out about torrents because when he searches for "milf hunter" or whatever, torrent sites come up first.
                                                                                      It used to be just the uber geeks that were stealing, but the numbers are growing exponentially.

Some Warez groups have in their NFO files "If you like the release BUY IT! we did" They support purchasing the product.

                                                                                                              The kids, on the otherhand, who download from RS and BT wont purchase them because they are cheap freeloaders.
