      Depends on what you want. Alot of outsourcing companies will sell you shit backlink building for cheap, other guys will jack up the price on hardlink trades.

      It also depends on where you are in your campaign. Is your site established? Brand new? Sandboxed? That will influence what your next moves should be.

          This is a new site , currently listed / no sandbox and not a very competitive phase.

          want 1 way links via a-b-c or a service that will build one way links that are not "bad" sites / link farms etc.
