    automated video splitter?

    Windows XP compatible.

    making Video galleries, so I want to cut the clips into 2-3 minute segments.

    Using Vegas Video, but doing it by had (select portion, crop, save as. repeat)

    How can I automate this?

          yeah i use boilsoft's AVI MPEG ASF WMV splitter easy to use.

                              Yep, I have some issues sometimes using it to batch watermark or batch compress, but for splitting it fucking rocks.
                              If you use the without recompression setting to make clips, it literally chops up a full vid in seconds.

                                  Yep, hit or miss with the watermarking but nothing can compete when it comes to splitting.
