As I figured you found a way to back out of it. Clearly it doesn't matter what I would post you will find a way around it. The quote shows your general attitude that you want copyright holders to risk losing their content if they wrongly sue someone. But it doesn't really matter. You will never post proof of anything no matter what quote I come up with. This is why I am not going to spend the time to search for one because no matter what I find you will say it isn't exactly what you meant.
