I would have no idea about Austria. I'm assuming you pay in Euros?

Every country is different as well as the type of model. Better looking ones tend to charge more.

Try to pay as little as possible, obviously. From a business perspective, that's in your best interest. If you're too low then you can haggle from there.

Normally you would pay by the hour for softcore.

Depending on what she is actually doing the rates usually go from $50- $150 an hour , with a 3 hour minumum, depending on the model and what she is doing.

You don't pay her while she is getting makeup done only from the time she starts shooting.

Basically though you pay her just enough so that she will show up. For some girls it is $50 an hour but for most it is $100 an hour ;)
