Keep a normal diet to begin with.

However do to my high iron intake I can relate on occassion, get a slow acting pill form stool softner. Ussually takes 6 or 12 hours to work depending on type/brand.

Don't take ex-lax...drink lots and lots of water and eat a salad at least every other day.

Also, that stuff Citrucel works like a motherfucker. Take it regularly and all your shits will be classic clean wipers. It's not a laxative, just has some good fibers in it. try to avoid laxatives, that shits bad for you.

Did I say water? Have a big water bottle with you all day..

In the meantime, maybe this picture of the Gibson sisters will loosen your bowels..
