Pay for the fuel, maintenance and repair, depreciation (rebuilds) insurance, truck payments then for their own and family's health care insurance, retirement savings, etc. if they have money left over after the "mobile home" or rent payment and what's left?

These guys are not union employees with benefits -- they are independent contractors so are lots of other workers so they are not eligible for employer paid benefits.
