Or was it just a publicity stunt?

I just cannot belive that they allowed the pics to be leaked. I mean surly they would be safe on a computer, not stored on the net.

Also surly they took more than 5 pics.

Its had playboy given free daily reports that wouild have cost more than $1 milloion in advertisments.

the thing about playboy magazine is if done right could be a huge seller.

all they need do is make it more of a lads mag but better. lads mags in the uk are full of girl next door, fooftball (uk foottball), sport, chav cars and so on. playboy could do it with there models, fancy cars and so on. more of an upmarket type mag. daft as it sounds mabe make it topless or even non nude. that way you can sell it without any problems. if people want the nude pics they can join the websites.

I have this theory that the pics in the mag will be different than those that leaked. Supposedly they did two different shoots because they didn't like the first one. I wouldn't be shocked if they leaked some of the "bad" pics to drum up publicity then put the good ones in the mag.

I think this should be done more and probably works, been done with some music albums at least. Purposely leak a shitty or fake copy of something and watch it spread on the net, by the time the real thing is out and leaked the shitty copy is dominating the search engines and the real copy is hard to find.

It's printed playboy, so by nature its going to be softcore / glam, but I do think they should have gone w/ something edgier instead. Just my I would guess though it was more at the urging of the star than the editors since her other nude shoot was frame for frame marilyn.

I just don't think she does herself any favors. IMO what makes Marilyn attractive isn't what makes Lindsey attractive. She needs to find her own identity and what works for her, because she's not the same type and I think side by sides really do her a disservice.
