The other side will have a great excuse to kill our POW's ... I don't belive these "detainies" should be let go.. but I do belive they should be given a fair Trial... if we don't then what have we become? we would be no better than the other rogue nations... It is not Taliban soldiers that will face military Tribunals...it is members of al Qieda...that will face military Tribunals...and members of terrorist organzations are not recognized as being POW's...as they are not soldiers.
