                                                                                                                                                                                        and every suite around there is around that price....

                                                                                                                                                                                        and why don't i own? because i put my money into adult, which was a completely loss... and now i have built back up enough to be looking at my first purchase... i'm thinking of buying a 250-300k house just to rent out to someone though... not really sure what i want to do right now really..
