I heard Extreme Board gets their support inquiries regarding advertisements handled asap. Are you sure you are contacting the right people, Roald? Maybe Free Ones should turn their forums into full length movie piracy. You might get better support from them.

First off, Mireille and I have been speaking via email since November 21st. A reply was sent that day, informing Mireille that I was looking in quickbooks for the 3 checks that were stated as being missing. We located both, found that 1 had cleared and that 1 was never cashed.
Being as we had to check with the bank since the uncashed check was more than 3 months old, we had to wait for the Thanksgiving holiday to conclude, as the banks weren't operating over that weekend.
Upon bank confirmation that the check was not cashed, a check was reissued on the 30th and dropped in the mail. Normally we send out any missing checks on the designated payout days, however, I expedited this for you guys.

Got confirmed from Mireille that the email was (according to her) in her spam folder so I agree and appologise for the mistake.
The reason I made the thread is that I am getting tired of all the programs not paying and yes I jumped the gun on this one. It's just frustrating me a lot when you dont get paid for hard work and in this case a mistake was made.
the rest of the world doesn't really understand the thanksgiving thing in the USA. I'm a Canadian, and I don't get it, but it's real in the USA and it's not a one day thing, it fucks up a week or so with many institutions, esp government ones and banks. I had a wire transfer that normally takes 2 days or less take a week over that time period.
not much happens on the Wednesday before thanksgiving, they all take off early. Thursday is the holiday.
the Friday they all take off work so they can go shopping (black Friday)
then it's the weekend.
Monday they are so backed up with work that nothing gets done till the next tues or Wednesday....
it doesn't make sense to anyone except Americans.....

No worries Roald. I was just taken back a bit, being as we (myself and Mireille) had spoke several times, and left the topic with Mireille telling me she would contact us back when received. As far as I knew, I was awaiting her confirmation, with no further correspondence needed from me.
Mistakes happen...Please just know that if you need to ever speak with me, I'm here 5 days a week, 10am PST until 6pm PST. When I'm away from the computer, I can be reached via email.
