let me get this right. Im not a scammer. Im not doing anything illegal. I dont host stolen content. I link to lots of sponsors and make lots of sponsors lots of money.
Being called a scammer is an insult. We remove any content that is reported to us and not being allowed.
My site is run in a way where i go get clips from sites like pornotube, xtube, porkolt etc
i dont upload the clips and there not hosted on my server.
I try to link to sponsors where possible and if i get complaints i will remove the posting or place a link up to the sponsors site, whatever they prefer.
the vast majority of my content is sample content availaible for promotion and also amateur content uploaded to video sites.
i have no pending lawsuits or any of that bullshit people are saying... the only people who are crapping my thread are people i have negative past experiences with and we are not friends.
I find it very unprofessional that people like this go round crapping other peoples threads. all im trying to do is run a business...Comment

You should be consulting the video host about that, we didnt upload it, we dont host it. I am unaware what is free promo content and what is paid content. Again, i will remove any videos that the owners request me to remove.Comment

When people upload videos they sign the t.o.s of these sites and all i am doing is copying and pasting the embed codes.
If i were to check if every single video i post is sample content / paid content and sign up to there aff program i wouldnt be able to post the volume of videos i post.
Again, i will remove any content requested.
But tbh my traffic isnt 1/100th the size of a big site like pornotube where i get my videos from. Im not the problem...Comment

It's not THAT easy, it's not on your server, you remove it on request...but as a webmaster you should instantly remove any suspicious stuff and not wait until someone complains. As a webmaster, you can tell in a second if content is questionable/stolen. Hoping that noone will notice is unprofessional

Like it or not this industry is changing and what worked 5 years ago isnt working now. You either adapt to it or keep crying and go broke... Streaming videos are the way forward and just because some people are kicking and screaming doesnt mean anyone can stop it. Surfers get what surfers want.
And yes, some copyrighted content gets onto my site and i remove it if its complained about.But its hardly like im uploading full paysites of porn. Half the program owners dont care about short 1-5 min clips because they make sales from them anyway IE there watermark + the viral nature of these clips makes the popularity of there programs go.Comment

almost every single embedded video you post belongs to some content provider, either way they pay 1000's of dollars to get it shot, even if you embed it, you are to blame, as soon as its displayed on your site no matter who is hosting the content, its still your stealing.

I would like to bump this thread. Since when i put it up i have worked on it a great deal. The site has a good authority in google and i have put alot of time into getting alot of SE traffic.
Income has been about 18'000 last couple of months. Traffic is either return traffic or google traffic. We have no traffic trades at the moment. No advertising has been spent on the site.
I have been trying to clean up the forum. I have rules in place to stop full length paysite videos being posted and a moderator who enforces the rules.
I have a ton more features planned for the site and hope to drive it to around 30k a month income before it will be put on the market again. Wish me luck.
