Well fuck it,the bitch wasted my entire shop.. so i will waste some more,but she can bet she will HAVE TO PAY for it... i wont let her get around with this... It's thousands of dollars of damage to me ...

This person is on ICQ begging for $20 all the time, they obviously have no money....the amount of content they were selling is less than $5000, so it goes to small claims court, they don't show, you get a few hundred dollar judgement, and they never pay you.

So you paid filing fees and court costs and wasted a day of your life to get exactly what you have now....NOTHING.

correct, winning the judgment and getting paid are separate cases.

Here's one dude who's willing to take action and we all get together to discourage him which in turn encourages the fucking scammer. Why not, there's still hundreds or maybe thousands of them out there she hasn't scammed. Let's give her some more leverage to carry on... What fucking pussies...

I have been in a similar situation, i knew the person had zero to pay me with but never the less i pursued a small claims action and won a lean against any future moines they may have. The judgement was published locally thereby warning others not to employ or do business with this person. It also spawned a small article in the local news papers and on Channel 10 news. I posted the judgement on various web-sites and within 10 days that person found the $4500.00 that i was awarded and paid me in full.
I was lucky but don't dismiss the immense amount of satisfaction one will get from winning a case like this, plus it could serve as a warning to others. From a practical stand point you will have to serve the papers in their country / state which will mean you have to employ someone to do that !

This is why there are so many scammers few people have the balls or resources to do anything, so they get away with it time and time again
Perhaps some cleaver person can find a good Attorney who is willing to work with the adult webmaster community. Then every webmaster puts $ 100 per annum into a secure fund that goes toward his fees if they should ever need legal help or advice ?
