i just had customer complaining i havent delivered 2257,and that "Tracy who works with me" promised them,.... AND I DONT HAVE A FUCKING IDEA WHO THE FUCK IS THIS TRACY??? He just FTP the content to customer...and he acctually show him to choose from my site...wtf..how the fuck he got my content...jesus...scammer world...

Suggest you find a lawyer first. That would be a practicing US attorney. Take it from there with the correct legal help. What you say to the FBI can hurt you sometimes. Your real complaint is that your biz was hurt, your property was taken etc. The 2257 is yet another matter, but could be part of the harm to you and your biz. It is your content without the 2257. NOT a good day.

If your thinking of US government help, seems like the FTC is equally as appropriate as the FBI. I'm not a lawyer though, but I sure would contact one if I were you.

The problem is simple some will buy anything if it's cheap enough. They will skip over things like the 2257, not think for a second that the deal is to good to be true and just buy via a payment processor they have zero chance of getting there money back from.
