This is important, you could have 10K photo sets but if they're the stuff Tracy/Fantasycontent was selling then it's worthless.

You should let your prospective buyers know where you got it and the retail value.

The licenses will relate to the domain that he is also giving away, so yes he will have the rights to resell it.
