You know this industry SHOULD be about more than your bottom line. If the model is showing signs of an eating disorder (bones showing is a classic sign) then i wouldnt push it in a million years. You owe something to the model.
Girls sometimes think they have to starve themselves to look pretty and get more work. That girl is not eating properly or she would have at least some fat on her arms and ribs.
No where near the worst ive ever seen, but its not a good look and she cannot possibly be getting the nutrients she needs to be healthy.

Those aren't the most flattering poses for her, but I like models to be skinny! More girls should look like that or close to it. There is a lot more of an issue with models being *over*weight not underweight in this industry, which is an exact mirror of the obesity problem in our society overall.
