A long day away from the computer hoping to come back to this patent number etc, but i come back to the thread finding more information out, and people backing out, I just want to make sure that when you give access to that has such things as feeds etc, isnt a scammer or a liar, thats alot of power to give someone who could change link codes on the fly, this is something i know i couldnt afford, not saying he will do it, or he wont but dealing with someone who lies, cheats and steals is never good, I see Jace is finally seeing this, even after the huge bashing he gave me with threats of destroying me, Jace you know how to contact me, so please doComment

wow this story sux big time. from the beginning feedpushers seemed to me to be just a promo tool for abpse and cyberxxx's solution is technically superior. the feedpushers feeds don't work properly with most other aggregators than abpse.
jace's explanations will be interesting - that's quite a u-turn you make man, you were pushing this so hard. but i guess better turn late than never ;)

Our solutions are a way different. TheSponsorFeeds is a plugin (tool) which allows one to create the sponsored blogs and morphing feeds for the affiliates. The FeedPushers project is more like a service - they do write the feeds themselves. So we have different markets and a way different prices. BTW, I told here many times: I haven't sold or give up my project. TheSponsorFeeds is still available for purchase and it sill supported and will be supported in future by me. Your missing the point, there is no patent, edge said there was one, even posted a fake pic saying he had one, said he sent out lawsuits to people when he didnt, he then went to cyberxxx and said shut your service down, work with us, and i wont sue your US based clients, cyberxxx really did what he thought was right for is US based clients. In reality edge scammed gfy, cyberxxx and clients of feedpushers by publicly coming online to destroy this guy with verbal abuse, bullshit lies, fake lawsuits and even as far as putting the guys job in jeopardy.Comment

Cyberxxx believes this however, so why would he push that kind of trouble onto someone else? Did Edge say he could sell it and the buyer would be exempt from any trouble? From what i understand that the people who did buy it would not be in any legal trouble, because Edge owned the patent, which he didnt, that he were to not sell any more copies of it, and he didnt, but this is something that cyberxxx has to clear up, my beef is that this guy publicly came on GFY slammed him for the things that edge really was doing, lieing, scamming and just straight bullshit that wasnt needed.Comment

Seems you missed all the thread. Edgeprod stated he has a patent on the RSS morphing feeds, and said he will be using my US-based customers (the GFY search function works find as far as I know). Some of my clients were REALLY SCARED by that statement. Do you think I had to tell them "I don't care. Fuck off and go sue Edgeprod?" Is that your suggestion?
So I contacted Edgeprod and make some prior agreement. After that he stated her at GFY he won't start any legal actions against my clients. As the result of that agreement I haven't lost my project. I haven't closed it and I have protected my customer from any possible legal actions.
So what exactly is not clear to you above? Should I explain it better? Sorry for my bad English, BTW.Obey the CowgodComment
