[HOW To]Video Clip with Play embedded within the page

I want to insert my "own" 30 or 60 seconds clips for people to view.

And hopefully get the people to join the premium membership

any .flv scripts or programs to do the task?

Not 100% on this but I looked into it a little myself a while back.

I think you need to download a player like Adobe flash player, install it on your server then just add the flash file to your page.

Or you can use sites like porkolt.com where you upload your movie then embed it to your page, some sites like this the movie is auto start so if your running a blog with lots movies on one page you dont want all them starting at same time, so you change the embed code, look for something like "auto start= yes" and change it to no.
A good one is hidebehind.com, no adverts and great bandwith, I used this site on a gallery listing once at a BIG TGP without any problems.

Another way is just embed a wmv on your page as a media item (depending on your html editor), but I couldnt figure how to turn off the auto play with wmv.
