1. How long is the CCBill cookie life set to?

2. Are there any other upgrades offered to free members other than the one you are paying me for? Are you emailing the free members I send to you for free other offers or automatically signing them up to dating sites?

We do not use and we do not plan to use our member mails to sign them up for anything, only a monthly reminder to check out the site. No spam of any kind.

Additional offers? Only plan (for near future, hopefully) is to expand with another amateur site, but that one will just be a bonus to all our current members (it will be a 2 for 1 package once the second site goes live.

You could quickly and easily have someone code into your system something whereby an affiliate can enter in their code, get cookied and then if that cookie exists, a "share" link is embedded into each picture/video page for the affiliate to use with their respective ID already in it.

I've updated the webmasters page. The short link saves the ccbill id in the database, but doesn't count hits it seems (mea culpa about that, but sales ARE tracked, I'm seeing nice stats already

I believe you didn't understand me, let me try to explain step by step (its also updated on our webmasters page):

CLASSIC ccbill link would be:

that one is classic ccbill tracking link, ccbill hunts clicks by passing them through their system and its cookie based so you get credited for sale

SHORT LINK that doesn't seem to track hits (because it doesn't go through cbill redirect), but its needed so ccbill data is saved in our database and you get credited WHENEVER that member upgrades:

BOTH of those methods pass through your affiliate id to the form (that is VERY easy to check if you want - click on your link using any of those two methods, register as a free member, click upgrade - then, on the form source code, look for ccbill_referer, your aff code is there)

BUT TO AVOID ALL CONFUSION, USE BOTH methods (as stated currently on our webmasters page), so your link will look like this:

notice the YOURCODE appearing twice there

I know it sounds complex but its really simple, classic ccbill tracking + saving ccbill refferer in the database so you get your sale whenever member upgrades (and that is sometimes instant, sometimes takes a while for member to decide, as simple as that)

I would just like to add.. if its still unclear - both tracking methods work 100%, but using them both means you'll get commision WHENEVER the sale happens (member upgrades to VIP), classic ccbill link would only track it for the cookie duration period.

Also, it is very easy to test any of it with ccbill support if needed

i dont get it, if there are no hits, there are no hits, there are no sales, nothing else to say about it, no cookie on your site or whatever, if ccbill dont count my hit now, it will not count it in future, right? or it will give me one hit and sale when member upgrade, lets say after one month i will see hit that i made today? i highly doubt so. i started using classic ccbill link, hits are there no problem ... there are more sites who count hits with short links like you, and they are counting hits with no problem ... i dont eat it, sorry

sale happens when ccbill_refferer = your affiliate id, it is visible in the form

hits tracking is something else

anyway, just use the latest link code I gave earlier and you'll get to see both, hits and sales for upgrades whenever they happen, as easy as pie
