Traffic through the use of BitTorrents

Someone on GFY was doing it several years back. It might have been GTS (scum) as I remember. Nobody is doing it anymore so I guess it didn't work out that well.

It would take much ingenuity

it worked excellent a couple of years ago but nowadays its dead

the formula was easy: post some fake non working avi file name it like the hottest and newest titles of some paysites, include some html files redirecting to tour with your natscode and start distributing it on the bigget trackers, after 2-3 days and abou 4-5thousand downloads you may get one or two sales per distributed item. it made me like 3-4thousands/month not too long ago
the problem is that the biggest trackers wont allow posting html /url files anymore
and also the majority of filesharers has moved to rapidshare/oron/filesonic so using and abusing this kind of illegal filesharing is more up to time...thers still some money that can be done abusing illegal filesharing services.

those days its more profitable to abuse rapidshare/oron with 1000s of gigabytes fake uploads , people google them and download shit and only getting some tour links and a non working movie...
it still works and brings some nice sales and i have no fees for hosting

Thanks for the break down! Come to think of it. I tried some shit like that back in the day. I download sample vids from a few sponsors. I embedded my affiliate link to the bottom of clip. I made the clip available on Morpheus. I don?t remember it working that well. I guess I thought that torrent traffic was something a little different.
