I think first it was that the ip needed to be changed, then they said something later about changing the cname records or something..

mine are set as written in webmaster area of their site..
I had a problem with them once. I stopped promoting them, but then I decided to give another try.
Looks like 2nd chance is wasted.

I don't blame you. The site is nice in some ways, but you can see immediately how they have this collective narcissism there and arrogance that is really odd. Telling you everywhere to promote them as a brand, talking non stop about how recognized and awesome their brand is... the fact that join process on a white label goes to their branded join page... offering free memberships and once they get to the CC page they are seeing they will be charged and so on..
