Our terms of service are clear: No infringing of copyrights!
If we receive an abuse report and a user of Megarotic uploaded stolen content we remove the files and ban the user and his IP address.
But this is rarely the case because our users have to buy a premium membership before they get permission to upload. Therefore they cannot hide behind some proxy IP address.
We take abuse reports seriously and we act swiftly if stolen content is reported. Of course some in this industry consider us a threat to their buisness model, and rightfully so, because we changed the business. But our service is DMCA compliant and perfectly legal. Anyone who says otherwise should get professional legal advice.
I admit that our auditing team wasnt doing the best job when they allowed animal and beastiality content to slip onto the site. But that is fixed now. This is a new business to us and with anything new there is a learning curve. We will continue to improve and we like to be a partner, not an enemy.
By the way, thanks for the overwhelming amount of emails regarding content proposals. Everyone who emailed us can expect an answer within 48 hours.
