There might actually be an issue with your support email form.
I submitted a question and never got a reply a while ago.
It was about including your flash videos in the script in my sig.
I figured it out though. You should check out tubecgi and see how cool I set occash up in it. I'm sure anyone using my script is going to join your program.

I only got any action from you guys over there when I bitched about it here on GFY and then went thru Jay to get things resolved. None of you responded to me via ICQ.. and no one responded to your support form when I initially tried that.Comment

Obscure?? ... that's hillarious.. It was on a number of your sites in the LATEST version of Firefox..
yeah.. you fixed em... and I went to check them and things are still fucked up... I started to go thru and make a list again for you and even hand hold your guys on exactly what needed to be fixed but it was taking too much of my time so I said fuck it.
I'm not "hating on success"... Don't even try and "spin" it that way.. What I hate is programs that do a half assed job of the simplist thing.. It's fucking HTML and you're people can't get it right.
And you're not the only one I "pick" on... In fact, I work with many programs behind the scenes to fix things up.. IF I can get ahold of them.. It's only the ones that don't fix their shit that I "hate" on.... For example... I gave NaughtyAmerica the title for most fucked up FHGs around. You missed that.. ;)Comment

First of all, Pete doesn't really work on Juggcash or Brazbucks.

You know what TEMPEST....You are right...and you were doing us a favor- reality is that we have so many things going on and are relatively light on personnel...The things you pointed out were a priority item and typically when the employee charged with the task says that its fixed it usually is..In this case it wasnt.....said employee has been reprimanded- and we are trying to shore up all and any problems on a daily basis...we arent perfect, but we are doing the best we can and we appreciate any outside help....truth is- I feel one of my guys shoulda picked all that up...not an outside source..as I said...you were doing us a favor and I am sorry we didnt respond as quickly as you may have liked.....Take care

My ICQ is 62835707...that's what it is...that is what it always has been. I tell people it's always best to just email me because I return every email.
We did get your email and (as JC pointed out) it wasn't top priority stuff. Some of the problems were Opera related which accounts for 1.4 % of our traffic. People with old versions of Firefox are probably even less. I took your list of problems (and I appreciate them being sent) and tried to recreate them with my own version of firefox and coundn't do it. After a few attempts our proammer narrowed it down to older installs. Hence, it was a lower priority in comparision to other things we had on our plate.
I have a question: Have you ever even sent us any traffic? Or do you just like to break balls?Comment

Huh?... that response wasn't specifically to you... and yes... I know what you're ICQ is... I sent you a couple messages and never got a response... I send Chris ICQ messages... never got a response on some of them and when I finally did start to talk to him and outline what the issues were he dissappeared in the middle of it... I used the support form on the site... didn't get a response... This was over the course of a week or 2.. Then I sent an email to you and jc and got a response from jc. Did I come running to the board to cry about it?? No.
What the hell are you talking about... You asked what version of Firefox I was using and at the time it was the LATEST version.. 2.0.0.4... I even email that info to you. The current version is 2.0.0.6.. And I think almost all the issues were simply due to the designer not knowing the proper settings for embedding videos etc. on the sites so it worked for all browsers..
I wouldn't be "bitching" about the sites etc. if I wasn't sending any traffic.. yes I'm sending traffic and yes I've made some sales.. but I haven't put your sites up on all of my sites... When this was all going on I just said fuck it and moved on to someone else..Comment
