If I put a text link that sends 25 uniques a day to a site, that is 9125 hits in a year, if you had that text pointing to a sponsor that convert that traffic at 1:1000 you will make ~$300. I will sell you a permanent link on my PR4 blog that has 1100 uniques a day and should be able to send 25 hits a day to you for $200.
