So I'm out walking my dog around a lake we have in the area, its kind of desolate and dark although there are light posts a few hundred feet apart so when I walk there I carry a pocket knife on my left in case of a stray dog and a firearm on my right covered of course with a long workout shirt. All of sudden I notice this figure in a full black gown with a hood about 300 feet away walking toward me. At first I thought it was a Halloween costume or someone playing a joke but the closer it got the more leery I became to the point that I stepped off the walk path onto the grass area drew and chambered my firearm. (Keep in mind I had now idea who or what was under this gown so what fuckin good is a holstered S & W if this person is up to no good) I guess the person who turned out be a Muslim woman spotted the gun because just before she reached me she made a sharp right across the grass screaming like a lunatic. I continued my walk even stood a few minutes extra figuring the cops would be coming and I was curious what they would do but they didn’t come.
My point is do we really have to live under these conditions? When I was growing up only robbers thief’s and the Lone Ranger wore masks. Furthermore I don’t even know if what I did is considered legal (I have a carry permit) or if I would have faced charges or a law suit for scarring this so called person.
I also feel it should be against the law to walk in public with your face covered; It’s a recipe for crime; this is the USA not Iran, Syria Pakistan or any other Muslim country. You want to live under Muslim tradition go live in a Muslim country.
