Best software to watermark videos.

Probably not the best but Sony Vegas does that effectively for me. Try it, it's fairly easy to use

I add watermarks (.png fles with transparency) during the encoding process in Cleaner XL 1.5.

I use one called showbiz does all kinds of great stuff and real easy to use.
Got it at best buy.
