www.tubecamgirl.com -> no $1 cc checks, no popups or popunder, and cams are live. Check layout, the only "banner" is at bottom with girls faces. Guys not get spam mails after register, no auto-join to a fling or aff or else. Only some text link to chatgf.com in layout, very discrete.
We pay per free signup but for now is invite only, in test.

On a side note I asked time ago what a pay per signup would be interesting and I understand is to be more then $2 or no one cares, so would be up to $4 (but not all of them - only regular leechers) cool enough?
