    best video splitter software?

    submitters, what do you use for cutting up content?

    paid or free, doesnt really matter, been looking into buying video charge.

    thoughts?

      Videocharge express, I like it because it runs in command line for big batches.

              VideoCharge actually re encodes each split. Boilsoft splits and reties the end and begining of each file. Its WAY faster.. well you'll see.

              I use both, but Videocharge I use for other stuff not the splitting.

                The newest version of VideoCharge (as of a few weeks ago) has an option to split files without re-encoding. However, it doesn't work with Quicktime files unfortunately.

                  I've used VideoCharge since the first version and it's one of the only reasons I still have a Windows box running in the office.
