    geek question my laptop sound card is giving everything a echo.

    What can it be ? I have windows xp on it.I dont see it what could be causing it.

      Had a similar problem but with headphones on my desktop, you checked windows sound/audio settings in control panel?

          Try double-clicking on the volume icon (or going to Sound in Control Panel) and checking the settings for "line in". If it's not muted and your computer has a mic, you may be getting the echo from that.

                  Turn off the reverb.

                  Did you ever notice: When you put the 2 words 'The' and 'IRS' together it spells 'Theirs.'
