Well if I paid him to open a topic I would definitely asked him to pick a different title no? We have never paid or even asked anyone to open a thread. We encourage free speech and people are free to post whatever they want to share (positive or negative feedback). Of course I would have been much happier with a little different subject which reflects the actual content of the post but am happy to hear we made him happy nevertheless.
Hearing feedback from customers is always great, it shows you if you are on the right track or if you have room for improvement.
The last year we have been very quit as we completed the built of our own datacenter in Amsterdam. We are very happy with the result and invite anyone who is in Amsterdam to come check it out.
