Try to make a special promo to motivate affiliates pushing your sites more and attract new ones to sign up.

On a more serious note, if you can get a few large affils to promote you, other affiliates follow as well.

Follow is maybe not the right word bc its not copy cat, its just big guys give you max exposure to surfers AND affiliates looking for new stuff, checking trades etc.

lots and lots of searching speaking directly with webmasters is the best way, you can always run promos but unless your talking directly to them your not going to pick up good affilaites

Yes that should be #1. I think its stupid to shave just the fact that its illegal and unhonest biz also you fuck up your whole site conversion ratio which leads to afiliates thinking your site converts like crap which then leads to them moving on to another site which converts better on their list. So on the short run u might be laughing with the few sales u scammed from your afiliates but in the long run u lose alot more.

What about getting the affiliate with the highest sign ups laid by a porn-star of his choice? its all legal if i pay him at least a dollar for his role in the scene and have a camera of some sort in the room.. Jk.. lol.. not really..

Its easy for me. I live in the trenches. i'm a primary producer. I shoot about 5 scenes a week. I started a longtime ago with aluckystranger.com and we really used random strangers. We can call it aLuckyafiliate.com "where the trafficker really gets laid"..lol

how is that for a motivator??
