you have to check out if you can get the processing for a non-residential company. at least that's not possible with ccbill. don't take my word, contact them and check that out. i would also like to see the results.

Nevada or Delaware are the standouts. Florida also seems to be popular.

DE has its own special court system for corps, but NV does not have a sharing agreement with the IRS for info.

Also, don't pay an online company to do something you can do yourself. Contact the state you are going to incorporate in and they will be all too happy to send you a packet of forms to fill out. Go buy a book on how to incorporate so you know how to make Articles and ByLaws if you don't already. All those online places do is fill out standard state forms and file them for you.

Its the time that I dont have to wait to get a package and so on... I need it done ASAP... cause time is money
