not really high winds, i dont know about that particular plane, but maybe takes only 35-40mph winds to make it fly. but it wasn't flying, it took off more like a kite.
usually in high winds... like 40-50+ mph sustained, if you have small planes like piper super cubs or cessna 172s/180s/185s etc you just adjust the trim and loosen the tie downs and let them fly
