I employ dozens of very good writers, you don't have to spend lots of money to get good writers, you simply need to be a good manager.

By using oDesk you can find quite good writers from around $3 per hour who will churn out as much work as you want. The key here is to be good at selecting candidates and then being a good manager.

All you need to do is go along to oDesk and create a job posting. Explain your job in detail, if it's adult related place the word [ADULT CONTENT] in the job heading. Set your desired payment rate ($3 - $5 p/h) and choose the relevant skills you require of your staff (Wordpress, Writing, English).

Each job posting you will get between 10 and 100 candidates. Interview your candidates via Skype and set a test task for them to do. Then select the candidates you wish to employ.

oDesk is the safest, most reliable way to get outsourced writers and I have several excellent writers who update my blogs regularly. I pay at most $5 per hour and get great work at this rate.

oDesk has many features which make it a good environment for employers.
