looked like the guy was kicking the barricade, the cops said stop, then he started kicking it again and they chased him a smacked him around a bit.

the guy could have easily been black ops and they were counting on retaliation to bust alot of heads. this would explain the sudden influx of a few hundred cops on the sidelines.
