Being that I don't surf the boards often I hadn't caught wind of this thread until someone emailed it to both Neil and myself.

As for sales on the site, I will have to investigate this further as I've only had one direct concern recently which wasn't a result of traffic loss. I don't want to stipulate explanation for complaints when I am unable to provide a honest and solid answer. I do know that the duplication of the entire DB is in the final stages of being completed which is a positive as there has been server issues with the primary DB that have gone undetected due to C4S being pulled from numerous servers. What the duplicate DB will do is if any server on the primary location crashes within a matter of seconds the secondary server location will switch everything and no one will even know that it happened. Whether or not the recent server issues are responsible for the decline in sales or not is unknown but I will most certainly look into this and keep you all posted.
Obviously if a studio is loosing $ then so is C4S. So it's important for the sake of both parties involved to get to the bottom of this.
