fabian i know exactly what you're looking for and i ahve seen a solution but for the life of me i havent been able to find that site again.
There was a site that would allow you to plug your domain in and it would give you a geo targeted output anywhere in the world.
ok i'm not much help,
but someone smarter than me can maybe create a solution we could all use.
