I don't really see much of a "site". It's more like one page with a bunch of spam ass links on it. No offense but you a lot left to learn. Here is my simple advice for you ... build a quality site FIRST and then worry about adding in some ads later. If your content is your ads (as in you are using affiliate content) then don't fill the rest of the page up with other crap ass ads.
Also you need to look up Google's poilcy on affiliate content.
