I understand that they comply if someone asks for a refund, they donīt want him to go to his bank and make a chargeback, and by that push them closer to that dreaded 1%
But Iīve seen in newsgroups and on chatboards people giving detailed info about how to do this, bragging about doing this all the time etc.
So if this negative database actually exists, what is it being used for? I say if a person makes a chargeback, or demands a refund more than once, with out giving very good reasons for it, he should be put on a black list. In short, just a big scrubb list, with names+adresses of cheaters, Iīm not saying scrub out all John Smiths if one cheats, but if itīs John Smith, Cheaters Streat 7, he should be scrubbed out!
