I recall bdjuf paying him to stand outside all night to get a PS3 last November. So obviously he was flat broke at the time. Then just a month and a half later he was sending 100+ sales to PB. Such a turnaround was so unusual that I blew the thread off as creative spam by Madawgz and PB.
Now it looks like all of this corresponds with Madawgz meeting bdjuf. If the claims are true that bdjuf ran large software piracy websites, then maybe some information was passed to Madawgz.Comment

I doubt they care. If I owned a program, I wouldn't give a damn what sites the ads were running on as long as they weren't CP did not expose me to legal liability. And as long as the sales didn't all wind up being charge backs and fraud.
I don't get what this industry is so pissed about with regards to torrent sites and warez. Its NOT going away and the MPAA/RIAA approach isn't working either. So, stop bitching about it and find a way to use it to your advantage. And there are ways to use such things to your advantage. Put some of your old content (you know, the stuff that is *already* floating around on every tom, joe, dick and harry's tracker) out on the sites with a special offer for people who join, or promise (and deliver) them content that isn't out there on the trackers.
Dosen't anyone in this industry do anything new? Or even try to think of ways to steal marketshare without using Zango but instead offering a better product? Or does everyone just sit around and whine that surfers wont join their paysite as they crank out a new paysite the same as the last one with a new front.
