Slow eh :/ that is tooo bad . Must load some photos thats why
warning page = intro page ? I worked in home folder and i didnot change it,

Wasn't slow for me, and I didn't mind the "warning" page, but get rid of the Flash ASAP.

Sucess of this is site is 100% depending on the girls personality and style as she is not exceptionally nice and attractive.

Using 100% flash layout for a purely content focused website is a suicide. You want to save BW, load the site as fast as possible and make it simple - simple navigation, some plain text for search engines, big teasing preview pictures, video preview etc.

I used a xml flash engine for preview , i know maybe its not the best practice but helps me to built faster . In members area its with wordpress and there is a life preview of the photos and also a download zip files . A simple place ' forum' for talking and a contact form

Nice flash design. Stick to design because for porn you lack a lot.

OP: I've got a copy if this. It's not an ebook. It's a REALLY badly written word document full of typos, sentences that just trail off, it's not worth reading.
