Paul, you do know those clips are 16:9, to presnt them properly you should correct them in photoshop after grabing the frames. Otherwise it looks like you are stupid and are looking at the scene in the wrong format.

I won't address your points as you

1) have demonstated you know nothing about video film production in the clip you made.

2) You have stated you are not a photographer

3) You have no training do not read books

4) You asked for help on using premiere, you do not know how to edit or how to shoot to edit.

Now I am sorry it upsets you seeing people do what you can't, but either learn or ignore.
