I want to sell one of my sites. It has made approx $6k profit since April (The first sale was 17th April 2007). It is a site about a sologirl, and has great and stable rankings in Google.
As far as I can see, the income from this site won't be suddenly dropping or anything (until the popularity of the sologirl drops, but I can't see this happening for a long time as she is a relative newcomer to the online world (but very popular)). I just need a bit of extra cash next month so am selling it.
Since the site has been set up I've had to do almost no work to it - it isn't some blog that needs updating to get traffic or anything. It may need the occasional update (to put new galleries on it etc), but if i carry on owning it i can't see myself spending much time maintaining it - it just doesn't need it. It uses a CMS, too, so easy for you to do any changes.
I am not sure how much I want to sell this for, but it is quite high, as I know it can make a lot of profit over the next few years. In a way I don't want to sell it, as I know it is a reliable source of income. The sponsor "behind" this sologirl is very well known and reputable, too.
