So I am looking for an obscure album recorded by a garage band in my home town and find a listing for it on The Pirate Bay. This tripped me out because I thought they got bitch slapped by the Swedish court in a lawsuit filed by the MPAA...?

Next thing I know I am searching for all kinds of shit and finding it on there. So what gives? I thought the owners had to do jail time and shit? How is the site still up?

Any who... This makes me sad because it probably means nothing will ever happen to tubes.
