It depends. I have sponsors that count ALL clicks to the gallery.
this happens when the gallery link starts like this:
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?blabla

In other cases the surfer should click the ENTER THIS SITE before his click was counted.
