Frankly I think that is a pretty positive step.

aff- XPays implores you to stop advertising on Torrent Sites completely. Torrent Sites are Illegal - All of them. Post or email 1 that is legal please where you advertise. You won't and you can't because those sites are illegal.

Reality is if an account is running banners on legal and not legal sites, it is in the interest of the program to pull all the banners down until such time that the account is in compliance with the terms. If they are willing to fuck you a little bit sometimes, they are willing to fuck you all the time when you aren't looking.

AFF not only risks their reputation, but they may be risking their long term ability to process memberships if they keep going down these dark grey areas. Visa and Mastercard will get bored of it and snap the door shut.

well, just thought i'd chime in... Josh from FleshLight was obviously spewing shit at the mouth when he said that FL wasn't going to support this business model of theft any longer, the offender site adultsins. net is still proudly flying the FleshLight and AFF banners... nothing has changed, as expected.

man, my point is, back to biz is better than complaining about it.
I have exclusive content I've had shot ( and lots of it), and it's on torrent sites and russian sites on the offering for free.

I'd rather just try and make my affiliates money, get sales
and get more affiliates. Thats it..

Oh I know i'm not busting your balls about that content. The tide is changing and I plan on taking down as many of these scammers as I can. There are going to be a few sites that fall because of this. But i'm fine with that because if you work with scammers you are a scammer.

yeah I agree, super ass scammers need to be taken down in due course.
It's just hard to get them as they are mainly russian etc, or torrent stuff.

I'm not sure what the solution is, but I'm damn sure trying to sure AFF
for example is just a joke and not helpful.

How about marketing on the torrent sites and cluttering their stuff
to the point people will give up on free stuff.. just a thought.
Would be better spent than on feathering the nests of lawyers. IMHO
