doesn't really exist - almost all paysites you see with authentic JAV movies are using unlicensed content. i do remember some legit content providers who did have some rights to some second and third tier Japanese studios.I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. We have a license to use our Japanese content, but what Mutt says is correct, it's almost impossible to get and the majority of the people using Japanese content are doing so illegally.
DigitalDope.com JUST worked another deal to get some extremely high end porn from Japan, but that is 2 - 3 more Japanese sites away. Got another one or two to open before this one.
I tried to work a deal for another program to get content, but I couldn't make it happen. Not easy to get 2257 compliant videos / pics from Japan.Comment

i've emailed all of those studios many times - SoD, Moodyz, Kuki etc - never got one reply. there's an adult DVD distributor in SoCal called AVBox - i have no idea if they are legit or not, i have seem some paysites with AVBox on the 2257 page so I tried to contact AVBox to see if maybe they do have some rights to license JAV DVD's - no reply from them either.

I always liked AV9898.com, my review says here:
There are movies from the following production studios: AV Box (51 movies), Emotion (14), Emperor (2), Matsuri (11), Tokyo Momo (50), Excite Bunny (43), Lips (20), AV Joy (50), Rainbow (10).
So it seems they licensed those, if they go the trouble of listing the studios I imagine.. Maybe those are available somehow?Comment
