    Outsourcing Tgp Submissions - Is It Profitable?

    im looking for any helpful input from ppl that have done this or ppl that are familiar with this.

    currently contemplating hiring an outsource company to do tgp submissions using chameleon. a variable here would be the quality of the gals. so keeping in mind they will be good quality and w solid content....

    in general did they do it well? did they generate sales / traffic?
    did it come remotely close to covering their cost & bandwidth?
    would you recommend just buying partner accounts over outsourcing? or possibly a mix?

    any outsourcing companies that feel you can deliver results please feel to post your info here.

      it depends on alot of variable

      quality of the designer's galls
      quality of your paid partner accounts
      quality of the submitters
      ect ect ect

          You dont need paid partner accounts to get the traffic and the return, but you do need patients. It takes time for some of them to get accepted.

          I was talking with someone that does that for people, and he is seeing a 3 month lag in the submission to the acceptance from a lot of sites. So dont think that 1 gallery a day for 30 days will do much. you should do 1 or 2 per day for at least 90 days.

                                              DO NOT outsorce submissions to webmasters who submit for more clients. They even change their identity (IP, hosting, coockies) to appear to be different person (that's considered cheating) or submit from one identity for multiple clients (this way your galleries may be rejected because TGP will consider you as a multi submiter). The best way is to find EXPERIENCED person who will do complete service (design, hosting, buy niched PAs etc) and you will be his single client. The problem is that it will be expensive

                                                      he will do all, download the pics from the sponsors, thumbs them, bulid them a gallery (4 gallery a month), and upload them to my server and submit.

                                                              It depends on you current knowledge. I can teach you everything from basics (like how to make thumbs in photoshop or html), design tips, working with paid spots and paid PAs, to gallery SEO, Free Sites etc. Price vary from $250 to $400. I already have a student now, but I should be free in a week or so.

                                                                          i give the job to the guy, we agreed $400 for his first 2 months then $500 for the fallowing months

                                                                          i don't think you can get a fulltime submitter with $100 a month salary only, if there is i'm afraid not to hire them, they might SHAVE me

                                                                                                              First of all, designing and submitting are 2 pairs of shoes. Here is my experience with outsourced submissions for tgps:

                                                                                                              For submissions I hired a dedicated submitter from http://www.staffoffshore.com/ about 18 months ago. The first 2 months were kind of rough as I had to teach him about it and give him a hand. But the guy picked up well and he continued to become a valuable worker. He is submitting one or two galleries a day, partly by hand and a bulk by submission software. I have a calendar online that will schedule his galleries and he works all by himself. He has 1 or 2 hours of time every day to take on additional tasks or to surf the net in search of additional tgps for submissions.

                                                                                                              My advice would be, make sure you get a submitter who will work at least 6 days a week. If you get a submitter that is on a 5 day schedule, chances are you will end up with 4 days, only, due to the high amount of holidays and occasional days off.

                                                                                                              By working 6 to 8 hours on submissions, I can not see how a submitter would be able to design galleries. You would need to hire an extra designer for it.

                                                                                                                      It really depends on a lot of variables though, such as design, content, niche, time of day you submit, descriptions, fast servers, partner accounts, etc etc etc.

                                                                                                                      If you decide to outsource your submissions, be sure to hire someone that specializes on submissions, otherwise you'll probably not get a decent return (before I started offering these services, I've used quite a few ones without where the employees simply didn't have the expertise to submit)!

I do it all myself and make about 4k monthly net profit. Since I use revshare 50% of my money goes to my sponsors.
