                      Where do you signup if you already have a CCBill account? I'd like to keep them all in the one thing just so it's easier to see what's going on..

                          You need to signup in order to get your unique sponsor code ( http://www.thaichix-cash.com/ ). There is an option to check all your ccbill accounts at http://affiliates.ccbill.com/, while logged-in, look for "Check Other Accounts". Other then that, welcome aboard ;-)
